SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing my online print shop to purchase prints of my work. I am committed to providing you with high-quality prints and ensuring a smooth and timely shipping process. Please read my shipping policy below to understand the processing and delivery times for different types of prints.

PROCESSING TIME

From the time an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for me to process the order and prepare it for printing. I partner with a fine art printer based in Scotts Valley, CA and photos are printed on a per order basis.

PRINTING AND SHIPPING TIMES

  • Photo Prints: Standard photo prints are typically ready for shipment within 7-10 business days after the order has been processed.

  • Metal Prints: If you have ordered metal prints, please anticipate a longer processing time. These prints require additional production steps, and therefore, they are typically ready for shipment between 1-2 weeks after the order has been processed.

REVIEW, SIGNATURE, PACKAGING, SHIPPING

I take pride in the attention to detail and personal touch I give to each print. Before shipping to you, all prints are thoroughly reviewed to ensure they meet my standards of excellence. Each print is then signed as a mark of authenticity and quality. Prints are carefully package to protect them during transit, using appropriate materials to safeguard against damage.

DELIVERY

Once your order has been prepared and packaged, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. The actual delivery time will depend on the destination of the package.

ORDER TRACKING

For your convenience, I provide order tracking information once the package has been shipped. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please keep in mind that the estimated processing and shipping times mentioned above are general guidelines. Factors such as order volume, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances may affect these timeframes. If there are any significant delays or issues with your order, I will make every effort to communicate with you promptly and provide updates.
