There’s an old fire lookout in Tahoe that my friends and I have been going to for years. It has insane views of Fallen Leaf Lake and South Tahoe including Meyers and Christmas Valley. Surprisingly, I really haven’t spent too much time photographing this area as it was mostly a place we would go to just to relax and get away for a minute. The clouds were lining up and I had a feeling it was going to be a good sunset so after dinner, I grabbed my camera and headed up to Angora Ridge. As I was eaten alive by mosquitoes, the clouds turned fiery red and orange.
